I'm looking forward to putting games on the HDD, too bad I have the old 20GB model, so Im not going to be able to fit the both. I do not think it will stop the RROD so RROD as the CPU is heating up, not the DVD drive, which is what will stop, but fortunately reduces noise at least. (your DVD drive spining engine that hte hte cusaed more noise if it gets pretty Notice that if your only on the board)
