Rainbow Six Vegas 2 graphics?

mm …. I really like to buy monoclonal RB6 V2 but I've seen some bad graphics. http://www.gamespot.com/xbox360/action/rainbowsixvegas2/images.html?om_act=convert&om_clk=gsimage&tag=images; img 1 (See screenshots) really is true that they are so bad?

Like I'm gona stick with cod4 for now the graphics look exactly the same as above so its not looking good for me, but we'll see how to edit and what liberation is like ..
